Hatha Yoga Class
Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.50 pm
A friendly, welcoming yoga class, suitable for most people.
Expect mobilising movements to warm and ease tensions out of the body, suitable sun salutation variations, balances, standing postures and seated postures. The practice will conclude with Savasana (relaxation). Classes will also include breath awareness, suitable pranayama (breath practices) and meditations.
This class is suitable for beginners, modifications are given so you can work from where you are.
